Bob is also experienced in the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) appraisal journey and with development of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
Dennis Geluk

Dennis is a senior information analyst and partner at DiVetro in the Netherlands. He has over 15 years of experience in IT. During this period he has fulfilled a broad spectre of roles at different customers. Being a certified UC2.0 coach Dennis helped numerous customers in implementing the UC2.0 practice and improving company requirements standards and guidelines with agile elements. Currently Dennis is working at Dutch Railways as an information analyst and coach in implementing the UC2.0 practice within a project that creates Apps for all outside staff of Dutch Railways. Over the years Dennis has worked with a variety of case tools. He has been using different versions of Enterprise Architect and always tries to get the best out of the use of a case tool. Both Dennis and DiVetro are convinced that a good set of company guidelines and standards can help to maintain a high level of quality and consistent documentation set. As a business partner of Ivar Jacobson International, DiVetro adopted the UC2.0 practise within their company standards.
Geert Bellekens
Geert Bellekens is an acknowledged Enterprise Architect expert and has written numerous add-ins for Enterprise Architect, including the free open source EA Navigator and EA-Matic. Geert Bellekens has helped several of the larger Belgian organizations to define and document their modelling method, train and coach the modellers and develop supporting tools. He is also one of the founding members and a regular speaker on the EA User Group events.

Gillian Adens is director at Hippo Software, an authorised Sparx Systems training partner. Gillian studied joint honours Mathematics and Computer Science at Glasgow University and is a Chartered IT Professional Member of the British Computer Society. Gillian was one of the first adopters of UML and Sparx EA in the UK (using Sparx EA from V2 onwards). She is also an expert in BPMN and ArchiMate industry standard notations. Gillian currently provides formal training and consulting services to a wide range of organisations in finance, education, utilities, healthcare, travel and government market sectors.

Graham Williamson is the Head of Business Systems Architecture for Interserve, a FTSE 250, international support services and construction company. Graham is responsible for advising, assessing, planning and governing transformations and optimisations to Interserve’s business systems, applications and technology.
